Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
