Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Bacon
  • 2 Leaves Iceberg Lettuce
  • 2 Slices Tomato
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 Slices Keto Bread

Instructions

  • Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Slice the bacon pieces in half if desired and cook until crispy.
  • Toast the keto bread in a toaster or under the broiler.
  • Spread mayonnaise on the toasted bread, then layer with sliced avocado, bacon, tomato and lettuce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
