I love football season because it gives me an excuse to make all my favorite dips. This recipe is especially handy since it takes under five minutes and uses ingredients you probably already have on hand.
Serve it with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or as a creamy sauce for wings—guaranteed to be a hit with friends and family.

BUFFALO BLEU CHEESE DIP INGREDIENTS
● Mayo: 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
● Sour cream: 1/2 cup sour cream.
● Frank’s RedHot or cayenne pepper sauce: 1 tablespoon (add more if you like it spicier).
● Crumbled bleu cheese: 1/4 cup, plus extra for topping.
● Salt & pepper: To taste.
● Scallions: About 2, thinly chopped.

HOW TO MAKE BUFFALO BLEU CHEESE DIP
To prepare the dip:
STEP 1: In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, hot sauce, crumbled bleu cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until blended.
STEP 2: Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl. Top with extra crumbled bleu cheese, chopped scallions, and a light drizzle of hot sauce for presentation.
STEP 3: Serve immediately with tortilla chips and celery sticks.

ADDITIONAL TIPS
Make ahead: The dip can be prepared and refrigerated for 2–3 days. Hold off on adding the extra bleu cheese, scallions, and hot sauce drizzle until just before serving to keep them fresh.
Want it hotter? Increase the hot sauce by one or two tablespoons to suit your heat preference. You can also make two bowls—one medium and one hot—so guests can choose.
As a wing sauce: If using as a dipping sauce for wings, stir the scallions into the dip rather than sprinkling them on top for easier dipping.
