If you own an Instant Pot, these are the accessories I reach for most. They’re affordable, practical, and will save you time in the kitchen. Below are six Instant Pot must-haves I use regularly.
1. ekovana Stackable Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker Steamer Insert Pans
These two-tier, stackable pans let you cook multiple items at once — ideal for steaming vegetables, fish, or meat. They also work well as dessert pans for cheesecakes, lasagnas, or for reheating leftovers. When you’re ready to reheat, place the pot into the Instant Pot, select the “Keep Warm” or low-heat setting, and your meal heats quickly with minimal fuss.
4. Silicone Rings (2-Pack)
Silicone sealing rings come in color sets so you can dedicate one color to savory dishes and one to sweets. This prevents lingering flavors — like chicken or beef — from transferring to desserts like cheesecakes. Having two rings is a simple way to keep flavors separate without extra cleaning headaches.
5. Glass Lid
A tempered glass lid is great when using the Instant Pot as a slow cooker, for warming, or for recipes where you want to monitor progress without removing the cover. The clear view makes it easy to check on dishes, and it’s a handy alternative to the pressure-sealing lid when you’re not pressure-cooking.
6. Springform Pan
A 6-inch springform pan fits in 3-quart Instant Pots; 7- and 8-inch versions work in larger models. Springform pans are ideal for cheesecakes, brownies, and even lasagna prepared in the Instant Pot. They make removing delicate baked dishes easy and keep presentations neat.
