5 mindset shifts about your post baby body | Fit Mama Real Food Radio Episode 69

It still surprises me that I have four kids—four babies in six years. I loved each pregnancy, the births, and the process of getting to know each child’s unique personality. I truly love being their mom.

Pregnancy brings changes to the body, as it should, and it also changes the way I think about my body. I remember my first postpartum months and how closely I tracked every change. I even wrote an entire post-baby body series here on the blog. Over time my mindset shifted. I no longer dwell on how my body looks the way I once did.

Of course I want to look and feel good in my skin—but it’s not obsessive, it doesn’t take over my life, and it’s not the source of my happiness. Over the years I’ve noticed a few important mindset shifts in how I think about my post-baby body. In episode 69 of Fit Mama Real Food Radio I dive into five shifts I hope will resonate with you, whether you’ve had a baby or not.

5 mindset shifts about your post baby body

In episode 69 of Fit Mama Real Food Radio I share five mindset shifts that can change how you relate to your post-baby body. These ideas are practical and compassionate, and they can help you feel more grounded and empowered in your daily choices.

One of my favorite takeaways from the episode: “When you change the story in your head from ‘this food will help me lose weight’ to ‘this food will make me feel amazing and give me energy to do what I want to do,’ your relationship with food begins to shift.”
