Ingredients

  • 10 slices of bacon, chopped (pre-cooked or homemade)
  • 1 small can chopped mild green chiles
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in ranch mix, garlic powder, chili powder, chopped green chiles, chopped bacon, and most of the green onions, reserving a little for garnish.
  2. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to let flavors meld.
