Instructions
Step 1: Choose four cupcake liners of the same color and separate them from the stack.

Step 2: Stack the four liners neatly, then fold the stack in half.

Step 3: Fold the stack again in half so it forms a quarter-circle.
Step 4: Cut the rounded edge to shape petals. You can cut rounded or pointed petal shapes depending on the look you want. Cut through all layers so each liner has the same petal shape.

Step 5: Trim the narrow tip on the opposite side so the center has a small opening. This hole will allow you to insert the stem.
Step 6: Open the liners gently; you should see a small center hole. If needed, enlarge it slightly so the wooden stick will pass through without tearing the paper.

Step 7: Push a wooden skewer or stick through the center hole and position the layered liners where you like them on the stick. Secure the base with a small piece of tape or a staple wrapped with tape to keep the flower in place. Repeat with different colors and sizes to build a bouquet.

That’s all there is to it. Arrange several flowers in a vase, use them to decorate gifts, or create a colorful centerpiece. Cupcake liner flowers are lightweight, durable, and a fun way to repurpose baking supplies into cheerful decor.
