



SPARKLING BLOOD ORANGE & ROSEMARY MOCKTAILS

Ingredients

blood oranges -
2
limes -
2
tbsp
maple syrup -
soda water
to top -
to garnish:
4 rosemary stalks
Instructions

Fill four heavy-bottomed glasses with plenty of ice.

Juice the blood oranges and the limes. Combine the juices with the maple syrup, taste and adjust the sweetness if needed, then divide the mixture evenly between the glasses.

Top each glass with soda water and stir gently using a rosemary stalk. Garnish each drink with its rosemary sprig and serve immediately while cold.
Recipe Notes
Sweetness varies with the fruit, so add more or less maple syrup to suit your taste. If you prefer a slightly sweeter finish, stir in a little extra syrup after topping with soda.
If you’d like an alcoholic version, add a shot of gin to each glass along with the juice before topping with soda water.
